October 15 th 2012 Chapter Meeting: 6:00pm

PARKING:  Parking is allowed on the street.
INFO:   Educational portion will be provided by owners Robyn Virball and Bailey Spaulding along with tours of the brewery.    Cash bar will be available during meeting to purchase beer or samplers for attendees over 21!
                Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

Chili Contest with Jackalope Beer
The first 15 people to contact Chef Lisa Ramsey at celandria@tds.net  will be entered in the Chili Cookoff.  The winning chili recipe and contestants picture will be printed and distributed at Jackalope and posted on the Middle Tennessee ACF website!  Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. 

Feel free to make your best cornbread to go along side of your chili (will not be judged).

RULES

Any type of chili accepted.
Please bring printed copy of your recipe for registration
Chili must be premade – cannot be cooked on site.
Sample serving containers and spoons will be provided.
Please prepare at least one full recipe as this will be our food for the evening.
There will be a limited number of outlets available to plug crock pots into so if you have a chafer please utilize that option.
Contestants must utilize one of Jackalopes Beers IN your recipe.
Jackalope is giving ½ a growler to each entrant to be used in your chili recipe.
Growler containers must be returned on Monday evening or an $11.00 fee will be incurred.
½ Growlers can be picked up on the following days during the following hours:

October 12th Friday: 4PM - 8PM
October 13th Saturday: 4PM - 8PM
October 14th Sunday: 12PM - 4PM

When you arrive at the brewery, please let the bartender know you are competing in the ACF Chili competition.
