We will be given a personal tour at the new location of the Olive and Sinclair Chocolate Co. in Nashville. They are the only bean to bar chocolate maker in the south.
The tour consists of a journey through the life of a bean. Each phase of the chocolate process is highlighted by descriptions of the process, personal look at the equipment, and a tasting from each phase. You get to crack open a freshly roasted cocoa bean, taste pure chocolate liquor, feel the sensation of the refining process, and taste all of their wonderful end products.
The tour will be conducted by Chef Scott Witherow, Founder/ Owner/Maker
