Educational Segment: Ethiopia and It’s Cuisine
The segment will feature a bit of History, geography, and culture of Ethiopia plus a good amount of the Cuisine. Including the making of injera (Ethiopian Teff bread), the Gersha (friendship gesture w/food) and the Ethiopian Coffee ritual ( Ethiopia is the origin of the coffee bean).
After the educational segment we offer sample of the Cuisine:
Injera, Sambusa, Teemateem, Daro W’et, Tikle Gomen, Tibs Awaze, Miser W’et And whatever Chef Hana wants to add.
