All platters must be ready for display at 7:00AM. Judging will begin at 7:15AM. The Art Institute will provide work space for set-up on an as needed basis starting at 6:00AM. Please contact: Chef Lisa Ramsey, MS, CEC, CEPC, AAC to make your arrangements in advance. Phone: (615) 714-8083 Email: celandria@tds.net. If used, the set-up area must be cleaned and vacated by 7:30AM. Each competitor will supply their own table cover and any display trays or pans as required.

We are the Middle Tennesse chapter of the American Culinary Federation. The MTCA provides opportunities for culinary professionals, students, food purveyors, business owners and those with a passion for food to share, educate, and connect through meetings, projects and other activities which promote the culinary arts in Middle Tennessee.
