We’ve missed seeing you and can’t wait to meet new food friends! Please join us for a Kickoff hangout at Black Abbey Brewing and enjoy some tasty bites of new features from Sysco. If you’re looking for taproom recommendations, VP Patricia Marzella recommends starting a tab with the CROSSROADS: SUMMER ALE Crisp and clean, bright as a summer morning. Brewed with a hint of rice and corn for a clean, crisp body. For our tastings, she’s excited to see some of the import and Euro products Sysco is bringing to the table.
The new 2022-2023 ACF Middle Tennessee Chapter Board has been working to find the best ways to connect you with this great city of food, beverage, and culinarians. So we are going to Kickoff the summer with a visit to Black Abbey Brewing Company in Nashville, where you can see the brewery from the unique tap room. We’ll meet up for a few hours, open house style, with some notes and your new board ready to answer questions inside. Outdoor seating is also available with newly installed sunshades next to where the food trucks usually set up shop during the week. Our friends at Sysco will be providing some new and anticipated samplings from a few of their fresh, import, and specialty lines. Bottled water will be provided to keep you cool, see you there!
Thanks to Carl Meier with Black Abbey for providing the space and to the Sysco team for sharing their great food with us!
About our partners:
Black Abbey Brewing “There’s a place where the converted congregate – call it Fellowship Hall. Designed to remind one of a monastery, the Fellowship Hall is a place to gather and chat amongst friends while enjoying a pint of our unique brews. Much like our beer, the seven handmade farmhouse tables will remind you of a simpler time when artisans shared work with their neighbors.”
